Abstract:
Many companies understand that optimizing inventory locally at a facility may not be the most effective way to create the best policies and correct settings.
Moving to end-to-end inventory optimization can yield significant savings and improve understanding of the drivers of inventory.
Schneider Electric decided to start this journey with one product line and we will show what they uncovered.
FeaturingW. James Watt, Partner at OPS Rules and Kyle Hamm, Vice President, Supply Chain Performance & Development North America, Schneider Electric.
