	Chuck Taylor Former Transportation Executive, Founder of Awake! and Peak Oil Prophet Chuck Taylor has served the supply chain industry for over 45 years. His career includes senior management positions with American National Can, Burlington Northern/Santa Fe, Mercer Management Consultants, Nabisco Brands, Ryder, Tri Valley Growers and Service Craft Logistics. In 2005, he founded Awake! Consulting out of concern that the supply chain profession was not informed about the critical changes facing it with the end of cheap oil. Since founding Awake!, he has spoken to over 7000 supply chain professionals. In 2010, he received the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ (CSCMP) Distinguished Service Award. CSCMP presents the award annually to an individual who has made significant contributions to the art and science of supply chain and logistics management. He holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Houston and an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
